INTRODUCTORY MEETING

LOCATION SEARCH SUPPORT

FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
Our frachise agreement is a fair, robust and considered standardised document specific to our Extrawurst brand and has been reviewed by the British Franchise Association (BFA). TRAINING
Training is as important for you as a franchise partner as much as it will be for your team. Your training will be a combination of in store practical hands on training as well as online learning, plus you will have access to our “Know How” on our Hyperspace system.     What type of people are we looking for?

    • Self-motivated and can motivate others
    • Organised
    • Commercial knowledge
    • An appreciation & interest in an operational food busienss
    • Is a fan of our brand
    • Wants to work with people and is customer focused
    • Being an existing franchisee or having suitable F&B operational experience is advantageous,but not essential
    • You will need to demonstrate you have the financial resources required

    The Proposition

    This is what we are offering

    Range of store format & Capex options 5 year initial term (Right to auto renew at 5 years, if achieving KPI performance (7+ if Macro investment)
    8% Royalty (inc 1% central marketing fee),

    £20k Initial set up fee for:

    • Use of brand name IP
    • Franchisee Recruitment
    • Access to systems and “Know How”
    • Access to Genuine “Authentic” German product
    • Exclusivity/protection to a territory for a specified initial term, protected/segregated by postcode sector, not radius
    • Initial Training of the Sub Franchisee in Master Franchisee unit (Time not accommodation or travel)
    • Project plan to include “On Boarding” and critical path to “Grand Opening”
    • Dedicated “In Country” preferred partner supply chain
